Chemical Guys Hex Logic Pads 

Sizes:  It is important the pad is wider at the paint surface than is it at the backing plate of the machine, so that you do not risk hitting the paint with the spinning edge of the backing plate and damaging the surface. 

The Hex Logic pads come in 2 main sizes, 5.5" (140mm) and 6.5" ( 165mm) The 5.5" is suitable to 5" (+/-127mm) backing plates, the 6.5" for 6" (+/-152mm) backing plates.  All have a hook and loop Velcro style attachment which is standard for most polishers.  The pads can be used on dual action or rotary machines, though we highly recommend beginners only use dual action machines which are easier to get better results with and have less chance of damaging the paint.

If you are not sure what size pad you need measure the backing plate on your machine where you will fit the pad.  Is it around 125-130mm or close to that, then the 5"5 size will be best.  Is it around 150-155mm or close to that, then go the 6.5" size.
